Over 1,000 patients are already using the patient portal. We are now inviting all patients over the age of 16 years to register. This is a confidential and secure way to access your health information online, and to communicate with your GP. You can view test results, request repeat prescriptions, and book non-urgent appointments at a time convenient to you. There is also an app so you can access your health records anywhere, at anytime.

We want to make it easier for you to get in touch with us. We upgraded our phone systems so that we can answer your call more efficiently.
We also have Health Care Online, our Patient Portal, which allows you to contact your GP, book appointments, and see lab results and other clinical information, online. Going forward, as a portal user, you will be able to communicate with your GP in person, over the phone, or online. We may be able to save you a trip in to see us if you don’t need to, which may be more convenient for you.
